This website, akrommedia.com, is operated by Akrom S.a.s., with registered office at Corso Giacomo Matteotti 57, 10121 Torino (TO), Italy, VAT number 13390850017 ("Akrom Media", "we", "us"). Akrom Media is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, website (if provided), and the content of your message.
• Usage and performance data. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, load performance). These tools are cookieless and report aggregated data; they do not build individual visitor profiles.
• Advertising data. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to build retargeting audiences on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The Meta Pixel can collect data such as pages visited, browser and device identifiers, and IP address, and may set cookies in your browser.

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form and take steps prior to entering into a contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To understand and improve how the website is used, on the basis of our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To measure and optimize advertising and to show you relevant retargeting ads, on the basis of consent where required by your jurisdiction, or our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(a) or 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The Meta Pixel described above may set cookies used for advertising measurement and retargeting. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights do not use cookies. A small, strictly necessary cookie is also used to keep Akrom Media staff signed in to the site's internal admin area; it is not used to track visitors.

You can control or block cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Meta's ad personalization through your Meta ad settings.

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients, acting as our processors:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and provides analytics and performance monitoring.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, which provides the advertising pixel used for campaign measurement and retargeting.
• Google LLC, whose infrastructure (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) we use to log and manage contact form submissions.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to manage our communication with you and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted when no longer necessary. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the default retention periods of Vercel and Meta respectively.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data.
• Request restriction of, or object to, our processing of your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, or with the supervisory authority of your own country of residence.
